Meet Our Founder
The Creeks were founded by Teresa Crawford inspired by Teresa’s close relationship with her grandmother, Madge. Madge’s kindness and generosity led Teresa to pursue a career in senior healthcare after graduating with a degree in Health Services Administration in 1992.
After years in corporate healthcare, Teresa missed personal connections and drew inspiration from her grandmother’s legacy to create a more compassionate approach to senior care. In 2009, she founded Aspen Creek of Sullivan, fulfilling her dream of building memory care and assisted living residences rooted in love.
